When you do these steps, it can help control hair fall, similar to it helped me. Keep your scalp clean by washing it frequently. Use a mild shampoo. Make sure to get adequate sleep every night. I don't know how accurate this comparison is, but I use wow and it doesn't foam as much as it foamed for your hair. Perhaps you used too much of shampoo for your hair length. Plus you should have used both the shampoos on two different days instead of using both on the same day. Mama earth could have seemed to work better cause you used it on clean scalp right after you shampooed with wow. And also for shampoos, is it always advisable to dilute the shampoo in water first before applying it so that it foams well enough to clean the entire scalp. For me I need to double shampoo when using wow since it doesn't foam and I'm always unsure of whether it was evenly distributed to my entire scalp. It seems like a genuine review, but could have avoided somethings cause it could have affected the end results.
