Hi Popz...Each new presentation proves that Lucy is beyond a doubt the best young singer of this generation and probably beyond into the future. Lucy will have a place in musical history for a long time. She is magnetic, mesmerizing and perfect in every way. This is outstanding!! Hello Pops, " Dont Walk Away " this is Lucy first ever new pop song, this is not a musical theatre song, it could be a James Bond Film song it has that sound. Lucy voice is just so unique so much power her tone is just something else & and she shows so much emotion into her songs. Take care, Barbara.

I very much hope you are right,but I would 't put money on it!,I don't know if it would be to Lucy's advantage to have a big hit with this song as good as it is,I think that would put added pressure on her to then follow it up & that's not what Lucy is about!,the gradual build up she has had over several years has done her well,the time will come when she is internationally known without having to resort to hit records,she is already a Superstar as far as I'm concerned& I'm sure to many more! 😊

For me at almost 70, this has an unmistakable late 1960’s to mid-70’s vibe. Sad lyrics that can apply to many relationships these days, but I love the song and the singer!

Hi Pop this is a beautiful but sad song written especially for Lucy by By Chris Broom her mentor and owner of Cavendish records the label Lucy is under.Lucy sings this with such emotion that you can feel her pain. Chris also wrote all the songs for the Musical Rosie in which Lucy is starring due to open in the UK this year.This song however is a stand alone break out song it is not from the musical.Thanks for supporting Lucy.

Like you i'm not a great one for musical theatre unless Lucy is involved,though this song has nothing to do with "Rosie" as far as i know!,its more aimed at the pop charts!,i hope it sends Lucy on to the next level & gets a lot of air play though not sure about Lucy getting well into the charts as that puts added pressure on her to then follow it up & that isn't what Lucy is about!,she has successfully made a career for herself over a # of years simply by being herself & delivering those outstanding vocals.😊
