It's so nice to be able to make snacks without flour!
You can fill the inside with any cream you like, but
Even if you eat it as is without filling, it is savory and light and delicious.
Because it contains no sugar,

*** Measurements are using scales (g), tablespoons (Tbsp), and teaspoons (tsp) (not measuring spoons)
✤ Ingredients
- 2 eggs (118g/weight including shell)
- 90g Oatmeal
- 170ml Water
- 75g Unsalted butter
- 2 pinches of salt
✤ Filling
- Whipped Cream (optional)
✤ TIP
- Fill it with anything you like, such as whipped cream, cream puff, or chocolate.
- The timing of frying the dough in the pan and mixing the eggs are the most important (refer to the video)
