Idk if you figured it out but if not and the quest is to investigate the garden, you can just click the button with arrows right above the “switch map” text at the right corner on the map, there you just choose “The Black Shores” and “Tethy’s Deep” and you should see it. It happened to me few mins ago and I was kinda freaking out😭 Hope this helps!!
