Well you've already got T9 fighters that will dominate everything, so I'd advise against buffing them again... your call ;)

For me i only still has a ranger grinding to midway but i was matched with a saipan today it was too annoying my planes can't even survive i do wanna buy saipan or enterprise but there not in premium ships or in shipyards i kinda hate enemy saipans being having t9 planes

Best Cancer ship -.- There's nothing we normal players can do, unless the Saipan player fluffs it. I guess I'm going to have to fxp and booster my way through Hiryu without doing BH.

No, hiryu is playable, no issues with it. Just at a bad tier in terms of competition, but it's fair to say you wont be meeting a Saipan at every game. Dont skip it.

I'm halfway done going to Shoukaku, and for all the games I've played, at least half of them were against Saipan (excluding the ones against bots). Every single battle, I lose all my squadrons and have to yolo myself to even think of doing anything but give the enemy points for shot down planes

For me it is the best T7 Cv, every time I played it I always get air superiority.

Well it's certainly the best if you've got good buddies on your side, but when solo it lacks the raw DPM and toughness to turn a failing game around, like a Kaga or a Graf would. Try pushing or capping a base with it and see how it goes :) But it certainly is the most annoying CV to play against, that's for sure!

Well if you're experienced, playing a lot in fleet and looking at skirmish/competitive play, get the Saipan. Otherwise, the Kaga is much more rewarding, fun and forgiving.

I hate this CV from the bottom of my heart. You may have mediocre bombers and torpedo bombers, but if you have not 1, but two squadros of fighters that should be in tier 9 or 10, you've got the sky secured and fucked the enemy CV
