I was 13 years old and sold popcorn at the home games this season. I only sold concessions for 2 years. 1994 and 1995. I think I am Nebraska’s good luck charm.

"I think I am Nebraska’s good luck charm." lol, you were born in 81, right. Had Neb beaten Clemson that year, they would have been NCs. They were ranked ahead of TX and PSU and after the bowls, TX was 2, PSU 3. Neb would have been #1. So, no, you weren't a lucky charm. You started Osborne's horrible luck in NC games.

@Rob Johnson I’m not from Nebraska. Never mind what year I was born. I showed up in Nebraska to work at the games in 1994 and 1995. The year I showed up they went 12-0 and then 13-0. And then I left Nebraska. The Huskers never lost a game from the moment I set foot in memorial stadium to the time I left. Maybe your negativity is what’s bringing them down.

This is just a glimpse of how important it is to have a very competent coaching and training staff as was evident in the 94 season and the success we had still had with the key player injuries we had!!! So you can see why coach osborne is such a legendary coach at nebraska and college football GBR!!! Looking forward the next coming legend in nebraska teams and coach frost's era!!!

What a blow gort you are? Neb played nobody except CO and Miami. WV and UCLA both finished with 6 losses. Miami lost their 3rd bowl in a row, losing the prev two by 29 and 21. The Wyoming game was almost a disaster when they cut the lead to 3 late in the 4th. They too finished with 6 losses. Neb should have fallen in the polls.

As a member of nebraska football team from 93-98, it was not us (the team) or the coaches that said no to Penn State, it was the bowl committee. We wanted to play Penn State

Pop quiz, nimwit. There were 10 AP NC teams in the 90s. Which one had the weakest strength of schedule? Hint: Their strength of schedule came in at #5 of the 10 in 95. That is, Neb owned #5 and #10. Nothing great there.
@traviskrause85093 жыл бұрын
@@robjohnson8861 ya and they also played the no.2 team in the nation and crushed them so your point is lame
@robjohnson88613 жыл бұрын
@@traviskrause8509 This was 94. You didn't crush Miami. But you are missing the point. Had Neb had a tougher schedule, like say a good OU team, they may have never be in the position to play for a NC. Schedules matter.
