You can easily create a food/grocerry/beverages eCommerce by just using Kadence theme. I have a video on that: kzbin.info/www/bejne/fny9gY1tj7JnbsU You can Add Woocommerce Attributes to let customers choose the weight/variations/toppings of food items. Hope this helps.
