He has a really sinister element to his voice like a guy saying "hey eat this it'll be great" when he's got sinister plans to f@ck with you, i don't get why folk don't see this I did a lot of different things and i know a lot of you won't agree or want to try this but now that I've not done anything for a few years now I'm actually finding that FEELING without tranquilusing or sedating myself is the BEST guide to be led by in life and in my days, it's tough sometimes on the hard days but our FEELINGS from our gift the universe gave us, our brain, our thoughts, WITHOUT any sedating or tripping is THE best guide I've ever had in life and is the route I'm going now And for any doubters i did a shedload of most things over the years, doubt it if you want Also please avoid cocaine, there are over 100,000 children get abducted by some of the cartels every year in Mexico and used and sold as sex slaves so if you buy cocaine hit are supporting the abuse and enslavement of children (check out OGShadow videos for info on all that, he used to be in the Cartel of Antrax) and thousands of innocent people get killed in the wars for territory there every year so if you do cocaine you are helping those cartels to thrive.. Any cartel members who read this please have a heart and protect the children where you can, please only do harm to your actual enemies and protect the civilians in your territories, you will win more hearts and minds then and that will help you.. Please protect the good hearted

At the very least, this man had the courage to face his own psyche in its most raw form, over and over again. At most, he helped unveil a realm which connects all information, all realities. Either way, he has changed so many lives for the better. Thank you Terrance

Psilocybin and meditation in the dark is amazing, I took 7 grams in the woods alone, strange thing was animals became curious and came up to me, even followed me when I was walking back. Terence is one of the most awesome people I ever have listened to. Its illegal status is because it helps people shatter the consumer/worker conditioning IMHO

I've had many high dose experiences in the woods of Kentucky. With psilocybin, LSD and morning glories. It gets REAL weird man. I've seen Pan, cloud's transforming into witches and creatures casting moon beams on me from their mouths. Closed eyes I've traveled to strange dimensions with bug creatures and non corporeal geometric spirits. It really helped heal me and my friends from our military experiences and addiction. Trees covered in faces singing colored tapestries of shifting language cubes on fire and humming with energy. I love it, it scares me, i rarely do it but it's my favorite thing right alongside family and friends.

Such an unabashed manipulator of his own human experience. To me, I see Terrence as the scariest type of person to the machine. My last boom I did alone. I was very much isolating and ignoring my family and my fiance's. The trip showed me how fragile and fast life really is. Haven't missed a family dinner since. My oldest encounter however was a green blob with golden crucifixes swirling around it. It communicated in my mind without me speaking physically back. I asked how do I tell them you exist it laughed at me and said. "Even if I told you, they would just laugh and call you crazy." Ah, boomers I love you and always will.

Once, many years ago as I was finishing a brief toking of my hash pipe while at the peak of a hybrid LSD / DMT trip, I stood staring out into the crisp and solemn darkness of a November evening. Suddenly - to my absolute surprise and terror - Terrence appeared almost as if out the dark air itself, and with an uncharacteristic tinge of lust and barbarianism in his crazed eyes; he proceeded to blow far more than just my World that evening. Still - to this day - I can’t think of any other scenario while attempting to relieve myself of arousal. It changed me biologically, mentally, spiritually, and most importantly - sexually. I never encountered Terrence again.

Sitting on a couch, in the quieter upstairs bedroom of a party house, with a couple other people sitting around, and Dark Side playing on the radio, I took my first major dose. As the trip began, I could hear the party downstairs, the movement of those in the room with me, the music from the speakers.. then I heard thunder. With a flash, the ceiling shot up at 100mph. It seemed to rise beyond view. As I looked up, rain began to fall, thunder rolled and lightning flashed about. As I marvelled at this, I was suddenly sucked backwards at an incredible rate of speed. The exhilaration was amazing. I had no idea whether I was falling or rising.. but I was moving fast. Suddenly, I painlessly slammed into a giant black void and came to an immediate stop. My backside stuck to this blackness, like a fly in a web. As I hung there, suspended in total darkness, arms outstretched in an almost Christ like pose, the blackness opened like a door swinging inward and I fell backwards into a new place. I even heard the sound of an old door opening and closing as this rectangular section of reality opened and I fell through. Beyond this, it gets hard to describe. The entities I encountered the things I saw, it all seemed to come faster and faster. Everything was speeding up, body, soul, and spirit until suddenly I was dropped back onto the couch. With a thud, I sat straight up, back in the room it all started in, the same people sitting around. I said, "Did you see that!?" Of course, they were doing their own thing. The fact I never left that couch but also I went everywhere in the universe at the same time has always fascinated me.

He's right. I take big doses a couple times a month, like 15-20ish. Some won't believe that or think I'm bragging idc. But my last trip I tried filling gel caps, and figured I could fit just about half a gram in each. I filled until the last bit of a QP I had was all in capsules. Started a campfire the next day and started snacking until they were gone. Only when I counted the empty leftover caps did I realize I had eaten 61 of them. And it was 10 solid hours of unbelievable tripping. For almost 3 hours I was totally broken. Overall a great trip but I did get dark for a short while. And I was alone beside my cat, who is super chill to trip with

LSD and mushrooms completely changed my whole outlook on life. I became a better version of myself This experience gave me a lot of confidence about my self and my body. A bunch of bad thought / behavior patterns were broken. One of these was pretty bad OCD that made me wash my hands a lot. It gave me a lot of hope that things will be fine, this is the one thing that I heard throughout the trip: Everything is alright. The main reason for the trip was my severe depression and it definitely helped me (although it's not gone). Before all I could do was lay in bed. Now I am trying to rebuild my life one step at a time which wasn't possible before."

With respect to the late, great Terence McKenna, I’m glad I hadn’t listened for guidance to his views on “Natches” or naturally occurring religious and mystical experiences back in 2013 when it happened to me. I suppose I can appreciate his bias if he genuinely never had such an experience free of entheogens, but it’s also sad, since I love his poetic approach to their sister experiences influenced by psychedelic substances. I wonder if 20 odd years later he would had changed his tune now that so much more information has come out about the phenomenon of sudden, explosive and all consuming MEs in therapeutic sessions , natural childbirth, near death episodes etc etc. Maslow knew this all to well. Well, plenty of people did. I guess if you can’t generate it on demand it’s not that interesting to some, but I’ll guarantee that “Natches” are responsibly for the beginnings of many religions, classic works of art, inventions, and the philosophical writings and poetry we hold dear.

I agree, I started researching carl jung and psychedelics because of a sober experience I had that completely blew my agnostic/atheistic worldview apart. People describe the impact of a 5g trip the same way I describe my "natch" as you call it: absolutely mind blowing and life changing.

@@brianwill5929 what do you mean by natch, what triggered your experience?
@MrPencilcelebs
@MrPencilcelebs 2 жыл бұрын
@@joe.h-7322 natch is what I heard Terence call non psychedelic induced mystical experiences. As in “naturally occurring. I know your question was directed to Brian, but my triggers were (I believe) a combo of getting off depakote and Zoloft, quitting weed and speed, spiraling downward into a truly intolerable depression afterward, then, I journaled for the first time in my life and got honest. I started writing poetry, and within a few days something came to a head and on the evening of 3/28/13 it just happened. Lasted as a peak state for 3 or 4 hours with an afterglow that stretched into the following year until I returned to getting high, which killed it in a way. I’m a lifelong addict, now sober again. I’ve had wonderful mushroom trips that echoed much of what I experienced in 2013, but if that one was a 10 on the scale, the recent trips rated close to a 4. Not complaining at all, I got what I needed to shed the drug habit once again, and am still partaking in this wonderful fungi. Best to you!

I'm the exact way. I take my trips alone, in a dark room. If I deviate from darkness and try to watch a movie or listen to music, the mushroom will stop me. There are voices of other entities that speak, it's really quite remarkable. People will tell you it's all a hallucination, but I know my own conscious and that person was not me. I envy anyone who can order spores for experimental use in their state, unfortunately I'm in one of the three states that doesn't let you :(

Thanks to Terrance for all his words. I'm age 72 & disabled from a brain tumor in 2001. 11 years later came a cerebral bleed. Implants were placed in my head. They started to come out 2 years back. Surgeries couldn't fix it. I have many life questions & want to taste psilocyben. I'm not sure if this chemical is safe for me. In my teens & 20's I used vast amounts of acid-with no guidance. No doubt I have much to learn. Who can I ask for advice?

I have felt multiple times on mushrooms a complete X-ray vision type of vision into my own body. I’ve had hallucinations as if I’m reading a cartoon strip over my eyes like anime. I’ve hallucinated heavily on my words and one time my words became like tombstones as if they were as permanent as rocks. There is something between shrooms and words/ language that happens and realized how real my words were and how long they last

@@lonniewhite3905 sure. I took Syrian rue which is one of the Mao inhibitors mentioned in McKenna's book Food of the God's. Unfortunately two other people tripped with me and they didn't have as much experience dealing with psychedelics. So anyway, the Mao inhibitor makes the mushrooms much stronger. We only took 2 dried grams. The trip also lasts much longer like about a total of 10 hours.

My last trip I found myself laying on my bed in the fetal position screaming as loud as I can and facing me on the other side of the bed my friend Mike who was also in the fetal position had his hands covering his mouth eyes the size of quarters white as a ghost and shaving all over. He was scared as hell. I don’t know why I was screaming. But I remember eating one and 30 minutes later we said I don’t feel it let’s eat another one.

Yea, the writer is an idiot. There never was any deep, dark secret. Terence said himself in at least a few talks and/or interviews post-1989 that he no longer consumed shrooms because the last trip was horrifying and the shroom made it clear to him that funtime was over. It was no longer gonna be his friend. Having a bad time with anything or anyone does not in any way negate the benefits had in the past. Most people stop tripping simply because the final 1 or 2 trips were bad, and they got the impression the drug is not a toy, and it was time to stop. All I will say is: If you're not keen and chomping at the bit to trip, don't do it.

I think the word hallucination needs to be revised or something, when i trip, the fractal geometry patterns that im seeing, are real because im seeing it because your tuned into other frequencies, the word hallucination means something thats not really there. Well, are your dreams real dreams? Of course! No one else sees them but you, but they are still dreams you are seeing. Same with certain levels of tripping. Its within your own relative perception, no one elses unless you share the "hallucinations" with someone else. Much love. Fungus is amomgus and definitely is a great freind indeed!! Trip responsibly and with purpose. These substances are sacred tools.

Also you can reach things he said you get to feel on ayuhasca from working with shrooms, even 1g. I feel like it's dangerous to tell everyone to take 5g on an empty stomach cause "that's how you do it" Some people don't want to see the creatures, or should! Do you really want to get dragged into a different dimension 100%? If you do that's amazing but I feel like people don't talk enough about the wonders of 1-1.5g It's no joke to shift into such a different reality, if sensitive and fragile enough (from experience ) it can take years or gradual work to get to higher doses. It all depends on the person UwU (If *you are researching synchronicity and the mushroom language, wanna email a lil? I'd love that, winky face)
