Mickey Hagee interviews Josef from the Ukraine (Josh Safdie) with friends Eleonore Hendricks and Jon down in Battery Park at the arrival of Hurricane IRENE in nyc August 2011.
Josh never left character, starting with, "i'll participate in an interview, but english is not so good, not my first language." to which she responded, "Not a problem, you'll do great."
