I just use a 2speed gearbox to my c24, but when i press the throttle it goes on reverse intead of going forward. is that normal in 2speed?

No. You need to change + and - on the motor

I had problems with this engine, the front tires go backwards and the rear tires go forward. I do not know if my remote control will be unconfigured. Does anyone know a solution?

Do you have to buy different driveshafts? I got one of these but all videos show a different style drive shaft than stock.

A lot of folks upgrade the drive shafts to the metal upgrade parts that are sold on ebay, bangood, etc. I'm awaiting delivery of mine- the plastic ones bind and pop and strip out easily.

Looks like a FlySky FS-GT3C. 3rd channel is just on/off, so the placement of the connector between the shifting servo and the gear selector shaft has to be set, but that's quick and easy
