yup, for servos in boats, used to use Vaseline in all the seams, and around the servo output shaft (inside the cover). usually worked great. the bagged WD-40 (8 hours), followed up with Turtle Wax "tire gel".... omg super soft RTR tires! dropped long comment in HobbyDaddy's video what/how I did early this morning, do have to toothbrush soap warm water wash tires after tire gel soaks in couple hours, just outside down the tread lugs, tire gel is a slippery silicone type product, may help tires not get packed with mud/snow as easily too.

Be careful with Vaseline. That’s pure petroleum jelly and will break down plastic and rubber in the long term... but its great for chapped lips, lol

Yeah this damn editing tool doesn't really do a good job on the music volume lol(sounds good in editing but once uploaded it's louder). I like it lower myself 😜

Music is fine actually because he keeps it low key and not the bombastic heavy bass techno stuff on 99% of the other RC videos (I’m talking to you, Indonesians 😂). Just get closer to the mic or sound off like you’ve got a pair! 🍒

I could not find plasty dip so I am trying out flex seal

If your in the US. You can find Plasti dip at Home Depot. But flex seal should work the same🤘

do you need to worry about the motor with water?

yes to a degree. just make sure you protect the motor and if it isn't covered and debris can get in like mud, sand and dirt it will eventually ruin your motor. Also after water runs I like to run another pack out of water so the motor can dry out before I store the Rc. These have helped me prolong the lofe of my motors in these conditions.
