I think that battery is this trucks akilles heel , then the motor

Definitely. For just towing around flat ground its fine but if you want to trail it then it needs mods.

@@RunThatRC I'm trying to figure out if it would be better with just the 370 motor or with the two speed unit, I also was wondering would it be more efficient to swap the smaller motor into the 2 speed gear box , like will the battery last longer and will it actually fit and work properly. Has anyone ever tried switching out the 370 motor for the 240(not sure what number 😂) in the 2 speed gearbox to gain battery efficiency?

@gabrielpichardo1492 I get decent run times with the 370 but I do run 2s 1000mah+ lipos. Not sure if the smaller motor will be more efficient in the 2 speed.

I never ran the battery all the way down. I abused it and never found out lol. I think on a flat surface with stock batteries and loaded up with a E1 10 to 15 mins?

Can you upgrade this. Nobody else has done one really would like to see it tow a 1:18 crawler

I used my modded b36km which handles the trailer with ease. Probably even tow two 18th scale crawlers with this setup. kzbin.info/www/bejne/n168aXmChJmIeJI
