How to convert the WPL C24 or C14 with a brushless outrunner direct drive
the car becames zippy, and also can run at low speed.
but I guess a 820kV would be even better
MOTOR:
N2830 1000KV used in this video , but I think the one below 820kV would be better(because it would be little slower but with more torque and less cogging than the one show in the video)

Thank you for the very informative consul. I bought a c24 about 15 days ago. This is my first RC car. And I wanted to upgrade the speed of c24. And then I found your video. Awesome experiment. The speed is too fast for me. I want to increase the speed to less than twice the maximum speed of the stock vehicle. Can I just do what you're trying and replace it with a higher performance motor? The remaining parts remain original.

You need to put unlocked diff in the axles you can find them on amazon, I put a 2435 Brushless Motor in my full metal gearbox alot faster then your one in 2nd gear, but the unlocked diffs is a must 👌 😎 But epic idea with the out runner I'll see if I can find one for my next bauld 😀

Thanks, i modded my c24 the same way. But i changed the tires to 1/10 flat running tires, its way more stable and doesn't flip.

Thanks for the suggestion. I would like to try it too, but i like the scale looks of the original one. Maybe i will try to modify servo links to improve a little. Original servo ratio is giving too fast reaction at minimum turn

how can you get two of the same RC cars transmitters not to interfere with each other? i have SG-1603 and SG-1604 and they can control each other... make a video if you can...

Only the wpl d12 have original transmitter, all the other models has flysky tx/rx. The wpl c24 was bought as kit without tx, so it is using the flysky tx/rx

Hi, not in direct drive like this. Maybe if you use a bigger outrunner sensored motor and a crawler esc. With this motor i used it is more buggy driving style

Hi because a 800kV would be little slower but with more torque and less cogging than the one show in the video. The one in the video was little too high kv. About the link, after a while they brakes, i suggest to look for the part number i wrote in the description. on aliexpress, you will find them

Direct drive offers speed but not lower end torque for crawling, I have purchased D2225 1350kb outrunner motor and a 10t 0.6m 3.17mm pinion gear, should be almost direct bolt on, just need to drill new holes or enlarge existing gearbox mounting holes from stock 14mm spacing to 16mm, you'll need new receiver and a Blheli_S ESC

Hi, i never used simonk esc. I know bl heli old version you can set it as bidirectional, but i guess you may have cogging and no breaks, but only direct reverse (see my other video about wpld12 conversion , where i tested a cheap bidirectional esc)

Yeah . In the motor description 20a is good for this. But I'm little bit confused cause a big size motor like this run with only 20a . That's why I asked. I'm gonna use 30A cheap esc with this . Hope it will work perfectly. What do you say?

@@rokanuzzamanovi917 hi The motor is not that big, and it is very low kv ,so it could work to 3-4s probably, and it needs small current With the modified wpl d12 batt last forever, so i guess current is really low

Yes, it has same gear ratio, and the wpl d12 wheels are smaller. 720kv would be even better for low speed woth no cogging, but 1000kv should be ok

@@humancalculator711 any car brushless esc. Don t use generic bidirectional esc, or youhave lot of cogging and poor braking. 15A or higher

@@humancalculator711 2430 has higher kv so you can push more current and so more powerful. But also less battery life and risk to destroy the gearbox.
