WPL C24 vs MN 45 in the autumn leaves

A small video with two small cars playing in the beautiful autumn leaves landscape. Both cars are modified with WPL 2-speed gearbox and high speed brushed 370-motor, about 50 000 rpm. The WPL has all metal axles, the MN has metal axles in plastic housings. Both have WPL shocks filled with 2 million cst diff oil, it provides good damping. The MN45 also has a modified chassis for lower center of gravity. Both cars can also crawl rather good in low gear but in this video its top gear! 😈

Thank you very much Carlos, glad you like it. There are two different motors in the cars, with about the same rpm. The one I like best is in the green car. It´s RBR/C, sold with the metal gear kit for the 2-speed gearbox. The motor can also be bought separately, on Ebay for example. @@Georgieframe It's such fun to think that we can even be having this conversation. The chassis, with its budget scale crawler origins, is so far from a conventional RC rally car that its really very interesting to see how they behave when given lots of torquey brushed power.

Thank you very much! Yes, the WPL with its all metal axles, bigger wheels and servo on axle handles better than the MN, that is more nervous in action. So even if the motor isn´t faster the WPL is easier to drive fast, which I think shows in the video! 🤓🤓😁😁

omg. Correction OMG. That's scary fast. These "crawlers" are becoming very powerful these days. I think the greener, wider tyred model is more nutty. Love the leaves, colours great on this video 👍🍺🇬🇧

Thank you Carl! I also love the colours of the autumn leaves, they are so beautiful! These highspeed brushed 370- motors give about the same speed as a brushless 4500, and have a little better torque at low speed, but I guess they give less runtime. The green WPL C24 with B36 cabin is the one that handles best, probably because of the heavier all metal axles and steering servo mounted on axle. But both cars are really fun to drive! 😊😊
