I heard PBSO tried to serve a laswsuit the day before the wreck on an Outlaw Motorcycle Rider and future south FL VNVLVMC president of the future chapter, which sued him ultimately for his estate, to throw him in jail for 3 years, with a fine of over 1 million dollars for a bogus code violation they banked hed be locked up and wouldnt be able to fight while he was gone and collectable by a special magistrate In Palm Beach County? anyone else hear that?

All really depends on her cell phone records, regardless its failure to maintain lane,failure to control vehicle,reckless driving,speeding,etc if she was on the phone,it will be 75++ years ,25 years for each,

Yes , she was a reckless driver ! The car in front of her slow down because he saw the situation . This crazy freak change the line and killed them . Unintentionally but she did it because she was in a hurry . Look the results of such a idiotic maneuver . Three police officers dead , three families destroyed ! That woman must pay in jail for her actions !! She will regret it all her life !! Why her name hasn’t been released ? That’s my question . She is guilty.

As the Brother-in-Law of a high ranking Law Enforcement Officer who Himself was at the Funeral today, I can tell You for a fact that the investigation is ongoing and is being done with integrity. This woman, a 31 year old nurse from Pennsylvania has not yet been charged yet and it’s for a reason. Mourn for the Officers who gave their lives, Pray for their Families as well, but also reserve judgment when it comes to this woman because that could have been anyone of us….ANYONE in the wrong place and at the wrong time.

The investigation is ongoing more than a week after the accident and it is for a reason. The length of potential sentences You are describing would be for intentional homicide. It is clear to Me that this was not the case. I would suggest that You reserve judgment and let LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS determine the facts. If they determine negligence, it is for a Jury of her peers to decide her fate and not You.
