How do you sync the 2ndary language duplicate design. Say you make design changes on one page (main language). And you want to update to 2nd language the visual changes you made.

Hi! All you have to do is send the content to translation again which will update the design of the 2nd language. And if you only changed the design and the content is the same, then only the design will be updated and translations will come from the translation memory.

Hello, thanks for your video !!! I have a question abot it: Should wordpress first be installed as a wordpress multisite installation or this is not necessary? I want to translate a site from English to French ! Thanks!

This is only required if you plan to use WPML on a multisite install. Other than this, this is not required. More info about using WPML on a multisite here wpml.org/documentation/support/multisite-support/
