So funny how fast a citizen gets put in the criminal justice system, when it takes years sometimes for officers to be charged for illegal use of force. Let's have a citizens review board for citizens, then we can investigate ourselves and find no wrongdoing
@johnfernandez7311Ай бұрын
That's called a jury of your peers. Citizens can find him not guilty.

@@markmalasics3413 boy, are you nieve or uneducated. Citizen review boards are loaded with ex police officers. They are still investigating themselves. Only now they get to indoctrinate more citizens with their copsplaining

Notice it's a cop acting as prosecutor. Even the prosecutor didn't want this case. Body cam footage must not match the police report.

IMO, they charged the kid to protect the city and officer for civil liability. Film The Police
@gwp4evaАй бұрын
yeah that body camera isn’t clear as mud or anything. guarantee the kid didn’t do anything close to what is being described. most likely just walked over to tell the cop to give the girl a break and per usual the officers went hands on right away why don’t police just ask people to leave and let them do so without hassling them? they’re kids having a good time, not criminals. stopping a young lady to cite her for carrying a drink…give me a break

Go to a jury. Someone will view this as simple self defense against domestic terrorism under color of law. We know damn well who escalated this to violence, and it wasn't the defendant. We've seen this played out thousands of times.

The footage shows the cops attacking this kid…then falsifying charges against him. Which is done thousands of times a day in the us country. If we keep allowing officers to have zero accountability this will only get worse.
