Don't think that you can't win. I did here in Michigan. I beat Guardian Care Inc., and they had adult protective services on their side. Never underestimate the determination of a man who dearly loves his wife.

I'm sorry this may not offer you the action help that you need, but I hope these prayers can offer you some comfort to know that I fully emphasize with you and you are not alone! I myself am going through the same situation, but with 2 children. Heartbreaking circumstances like this has lifetime damaging effects how can one ever recover from the humiliation of having your character, image, and reputation ruin by defamation. Everyday is a repeat being traumatized feel so violated, so powerless, so robbed of your purpose, and peace, and happiness. I pray that everything will work out for you don't lose hope whatever happens no matter who you're up against fight back at full force with a positive, calm, respectful, and humble attitude. I'm sorry that you're going through this as I'm going through almost the same thing and it's absolutely absurd that we spend lifetime as parents to protect our children and just like that they can get ripped right out of her hands and there was nothing we can do about it but the very second you get loud from maybe you can get a little more aggressive, the sickening reality truth is it's the parents that's fighting for their own children that's fighting for their rights is People Like Us that has no money or power to fight back and we are the one that ends up in jail or never see our children ever again. 👨‍⚖️ ~ It takes a jury to even put you in jail for one year for a misdemeanor charge. Many states allow you to even have a jury in a speeding ticket. But you have your children taken away in a custody case or have your parental rights removed takes only a judge in many states. And have you locked away in a guardianship case for 30 years and have all your money taken from you is only by a single judge. If the founding fathers knew how guardianship cases would have came about in the future then they would have made it clear that they are covered by a jury as well.f

🤷‍♂️ ~ Where is Ron DeSantis? I thought he didn’t mind taking on the court system and lawyers? Isn’t that what he did to the lawyers he said we’re suing insurance companies. Or did he only do that because the insurance companies contributed to him and his campaigns? Ron has complete control of the Republicans in the Florida legislator. Yet he only passed some basic water down “reforms“ for guardianship abuse. He only did enough to seem like he was doing something.
