America we are so fortunate to have all our citizens and thier great history from contributing all the families given to us and have made this incredible land a home of wonderful variety.

Don't forget number 12 Terry Bradshaw, 14 seasons with the Steele Curtain. I'm from Philly (Philadelphia) and a big Eagles fan. Nothing out does 4 Super Bowls in 6 seasons. The pride I felt as a Pennsylvanian, the Steelers put PA on the map . I'm still waiting for a all state Super Bowl between the Curtain and the Birds. If the Birds learn to win one or keep the lead after half time maybe it will come to fruition? Go Pennsylvania!

years ago i was an otr driver. jersey, nyc, and closeby long island places had lot's of roach coaches serving local business. and i would buy their sandwiches. i would be waiting to load or unload and the sandwiches were large. filled with great meat and condiments but almost always served on a hard portuguese buns. the fillings were great the buns were outstanding and they were way beyond affordable. nowhere else in the country seems to have those delicious buns, if anyone has a recipe i would be more than interested!!!!!!!!!

Things in food service were like that back then. I worked in restaurants for many years, in several restaurants & married a highly trained chef who worked at a top resort in Orlando, FLA, & never saw a glove & neither did he. But I can assure you that a LOT of hand washing went on. It's just the way it was. No one but actual surgeons wore gloves in hospitals either. I can remember when HIV/AIDS first hit- it was so odd to see the phlebotomists at the lab putting on gloves before drawing people's blood. Now all that is just standard procedure. Yeah, that makes me kinda old... I'm 55.

Nice to see the small restaurateurs, but how about some food prep HYGIENE. SO GROSS to see no gloves on the people making sandwiches by hand. What is wrong with these folks? And this is how they behave on camera, let alone when they're not on display. Yuck!
