I loved TIM BYRD! Down here in FL he was last on True Oldies 95.9/106.9 WPB, but he was also on WRMF, KOOL 105, SUNNY 104.3, and in NYC on WNBC, WPIX, WKHK. In my opinion this is Tim at his best. Dance Hot 97 ran 86 to 93. The imaging was great, and my buddy Al Bandiero from WBLI was there then.

Omg! I'd clean the house every Saturday jamming to Hot97 otherwise my mom would not allow me to go to the clubs with my friends at night!💕💕💕

My memory was an childhood fuzzy but before an certain love song naptime block is coming, there was an then-Sunny 104.3 (now-Sunny 107.9) The Byrdman afternoon block comes on and I heard Tim Byrdman The Byrdman introduced the day's slew of 60s, 70s and 80s pop with then-new slow pop songs at the new millennium at the time on the radio, South Floridan radio. Shame that Tim Byrd the Byrdman is gone, same with Betty White, Louie Anderson, Meat Loaf and the wonderful Danny Tanner of Full House and 1988-1997 episodes of America's Funniest Home Videos host Bob Saget, they are all gone. :(

This and then sister station KPWR Power 106 in Los Angeles would remove the blinders from the radio trades and see the need for a color blind Rhythmic Chart. 05:10 Jeff Wyatt was the PD of KPWR as well as the host of American Dance Tracks.
