And if you ask me since he has been relatively unhealthy. It is unpredictable the kind of influence he could have if he remains healthy for a full season. Gotta get your definitions straight before spewing out garbage. The impact he could have on this offense as a whole definitely would make him an X factor if he stays healthy.

6'4 with a 4.36 40 and looks way faster than that on the field. If he can stay healthy he will literally be one of the best WR's in the NFL. If not this season, then he should surely be able to balance out the front and back of his hammy's by next season and put together 17 games... GO PACK GO

Glad that he consulted with the experts in Madison who were able to determine that his hamstring problems were due to asymmetry between muscle groups and that it was correctable with the proper specific exercises to bring balance back to his body. Watson has shown enormous promise and if he can finally leave his hamstring issues behind him, he could very well tear up the league with Jordan Love as his quarterback. Go Pack Go!

Hopefully going to see those specialist helped. We need that 4.28 speed out there, his actual 40 time. I'm not going by the 4.36 during the combine testing, it's not accurate. Same with Reed, who at the combine was clocked at 4.45, but clocked at 4.37 when tested by GB's staff. Melton was a 4.34 at the combine but was said to race against Watson on occasions and they would be neck and neck. The combine always shaves off some time. Could be they're in a relaxed state vs live game play.

Building the muscle doesn’t really prevent injuries like the hamstring one he’s had. Read Brady’s book talking about pliability where he discusses that and puts the focus on making the tendons and surrounding muscles flexible so the movements while playing don’t trigger the same issue due to tightness. Wonder if that’s something the new conditioning coach could apply or at least knows about.
