I don't know rules of no out of bounds category , but what happened in 10:06? That looked weird, same at 12:17

So for those, the dirty water is there even if you don't lower it. You can swim down into it and make it to a save trigger, which then lets you go the rest of the way, as the dirty water doesn't actually extend all the way down. You don't pass through any collision or clip or anything, so it doesn't count as out of bounds, even though it does look weird and is blind movement
