I am able to do some very nice french braid variations on my daughter. My favorite is the crown. I still need to perfect it, but as I continue to do it, it looks better each time. I also notice if I start on the further end, there is more deffinition in her hair style.

My mom never did my hair when I was a child,she cut my hair short because my father didn't like it long(I think he wanted a boy).When finally my hair grew, and my father let me keep it long, I asked her to braid my hair she answered me that she doesn't know how to and that I should braid her hair.Well now I have already 19 years and I want to learn to make them myself.Your daughter is lucky to have you as her mom.

Cute! I do essentially the same thing on my own head, but with a few differences. I use a dutch braid and sort of stop more on the back of the head. It's a little higher on my head, so it's a little bit crazy, like me! :D

I am 18 and I did this to my mothers hair for work one day and her co-workers LOVED IT! She came home that day and practically begged me to do her hair again the next day! XD The only difference was that I used two pieces instead of three ( a kind of twist thing???) for the braid... Needless to say I am now subscribed! ^_^

@MsNailtech74 In certain situations it's not good to wet hair, for instance styling. You can wet the hair, however just lightly. Wetting the hair helps you understand which sections you're working with, it also makes things more organized. Again, depending on what you're doing.
