Seen a few Stephen comparisons, obviously his end of year videos are very well known and well done, however aren’t the only videos like that, take Memeulous’ LWTH, Will’s TWOTI, Pewdiepie’s LWIAY for example. I’ve enjoyed watching videos like that in the past, made one last year and wanted to again this year because I don’t often script things. I understand the comparisons as we have similar sense of humour, that’s why we enjoy making videos together and also why I messaged him before posting to let him know I wasn’t stepping on any toes (to which he agreed). Would never be my intention to copy/ steal original ideas. Wish you all a happy new year x

Don't feel like you have to explain yourself, you don't. It was a great video and done differently to Stephen's, for example. Only ever apologise if you were objectively wrong for doing or saying something. Bless you though for taking the time and effort to give your side/view in such a gentle fashion rather than getting defensive and heated about it.

Personally my wrap of the year is a nice simple southern fried chicken wrap. But like the crunchy juicy kind of chicken. Maybe whack in a bit of caramelised onion chutney if you’re fancy.

Nahh I thought this was a fun video, everyone just needs to chill. Recapping your year is something everyone does at the end of the year, so of course a heap of youtubers are going to be recapping similar things. If my brother an I both watched the world cup in Sydney and then told my grandma about it, I didn't steal his story from him, it was my story too. The world is a hell of a lot more interconnected than 1 person's perspective. Great work George, you had some underrated zingers in there!
