Yeah, I had this problem where the text would always offset the bottom part from the top part if I wanted to the two halfs read from left to right.

For the love, this is exactly what I've always needed! I've been using Illustrator going on 10 years and have always struggled getting flipped text to align correctly and the align to center(!!) is a lifesaver! Thank you for sharing! So easy to follow and will save me much unneeded frustration in the future!

In nearly a decade of watching tutorials on Illustrator, I don't think I have seen anyone delve into the "Type on a Path" options menu under the Type dropdown. I didn't know this existed until today!
