I have seen many negative reviews regarding customer service. I ordered a wallet a couple weeks ago and Lily responded promptly to my email. There were some issues attributed to the Post Office, but Lily stayed in touch and it worked out well. The wallet is great. I would not hesitate to order this product if it suits your need. The current customer service is excellent.

I am still waiting for a nicely designed and crafty made combo: a large wallet holding a checkbook, passport and a lot of cards, a wallet which has a detachable slim wallet "build in". One can take larger one for a trip, or just use it to neatly organize all the things together and leave it home, while using slim detachable one for everyday use. A person should be able enjoy minimalistic style of the detachable wallet and add some cash as well as replace needed cards from the larger one as needed.

+james altor Coins in Europe can be worth several dollars each and they are used more frequently than in the US. The smallest bill is 5 euros which are worht slightly more than 5 dollars. If you buy something worth 2 dollars I do not think you would leave a 3 dollar tip would you? If something costs 6 Euro you would have to pay with a 10 euro bill and then leave a 4 euro tip. Not having a place for coins will limit the European market for the product.

there are flaws on this wallet - you cant take out a piece of cash by only opening one fold, you must open both folds (which expose your cash) - top and bottom part there are a little bit of leather not held by the card due to it bigger than a card size making it flimsy (not cool !!)
