Galet väder på fredag och sen typ samma väder vi haft de två tidigare åren. Blev ett intressant vinterrally men tyvärr favoritfall som gjorde att riktiga spänningen försvann för WRC1. Bra med action ändå ute i skogen med de övriga klasserna. Bra gjort som vanligt!

Miss the good old day with no limitations and all-out assault on the cars, group B was the climax of rally and the manufacturers were just starting to try to control the action. I would like to see a supercharged car get back in this! All though the bird call leaf blowers are kinda funny to hear, the scream of a charged beast would be a nice change. Great just as I put that in my comments one goes by!

Believe it or not. a lot of this is their actual drivers Ed. They’re not late here in the United States, where mom and dad takes them out with a permit.. and then three months later they get a drivers license. I think in Finland and in Sweden, it takes three years with a permit to get a drivers license.. and they actually teach him how to drive like a rally car driver. It’s pretty wild.

@@StrayFire Yes and no, that is the purpose of a wastegate. But the sound in the video is not from the wastegate. Its from the turbo caused by backpressure. Pressurised air is forced over the blades in the turbo as the air has nowhere to go. Its called turbo flutter. Which is bad for the turbo. Anti lag is even worse, but when you're chasing milliseconds, turbo longevity isnt a concern.
