Congratulations for the 9K milestone WRC!! Its amazing how a simple hobby being shared became part of the most anticipated videos to watch in the Poketubing community. Every video you post does not fail. Each one has its own excitement and does not bore. This video is long overdue, but it is worth it. Even though it is very long, it is very enjoyable with every second. The evolution (pun intended) of cards is shown; the quality of artwork does improve. Experimentation of what works and what doesn't brings the hype for the next series of sets. Thank you very much for showing your collection to the Poketubing community. The time, effort, and quality is most appreciated. Let the collection continue to build up with more beautiful cards, as well as the hype for the next possible collection video way in the future.

This is exactly what I want! Recently I've been collecting all the cards in Japanese Booster Boxes. It is extremely difficult to get those boxes before BW6... And I cannot find any webs selling single card... I am planning a trip to Japan on July, hope to get as many old sets as I can.

This is a great collection so many sets I haven't collected yet . I'm still relatively new. In the future I hope to collect the lost link set. I love mini sets and they are usually harder to get your hands on which is why it excites me to try and collect it. But it's gonna take me a while to get the money for a booster box (about $1500 more or less). Miracle crystal would be another hard/Fun set to collect. As of now I only have a single pack but got it for $8 so I'm happy.

Barring that, they aren't too painful to collect as single cards if you wanted to skip the box altogether. (And yeah, I'm thinking about buying one myself if another purchase doesn't pan out!)

Your missing victini rare in emerald break.or was the victini rare only in the english set?

ryan smith That was part of the Mega Rayquaza deck, but was incorporated into the main set when it came to English. Funny how they do lots of promos and blisters in English, yet some of the decks don't transfer over.

Are these all first edition? (I'm not that familiar so I'm not sure if all the sets have first editions or not). Also, do you sleeve your cards before putting in binders? If so, what sleeves do you use?

MotorCityCards They are not all 1st edition - a lot of the new stuff is because I collected it on release, but the older stuff is a mixture of 1st and unlimited. I use KMC Perfect Fit / Perfect Size sleeves for all my collection cards, and they help them look crisp and stay protected in storage.

How much do you think you've spent on the Japanese TCG in total, including top loaders , sleeves etc?

Collin Hall It's probably a bit over 10K at this point. I've spent about 6K lifetime at AmiAmi, and between eBay for sealed products / regular cards and a few other sites, I've probably hit that "milestone" already. Thankfully, I've been able to sell a crapton of duplicates and other items to mitigate the costs.

I only collect holos and specials cards, like promo and deck cards, and I have 3 binders, I always thought a full collection with all cards will be like 30 binders hahaha, it doesnt seen that much space to have every single card, I love colleting pokemon cards because they dont took a lot of space, like figures, mangas, games, etc hahaha I can run away with my collection in a backpack!

However, the reverse Japanese Celebi from L3 does need a condition replacement, so if yours is near mint or better, let me know and we can work something out!

Tütenkopf I think he spent like $3600-$4200 on just Wild Blaze-Emerald Break. I think he said cases cost around $600-$700 shipped.
