I’m curious how strong that vacuum pump is and if you were to attach the airline to a normal suction cup pump if it would slide less

Glycerine might work to recondition the rubber cup. Smear it on, let it sit overnight and clean off all the excess with alcohol and glass cleaner. 🤞🏽
