Yes, yes, yes. There's always 2sides to a story. I am so glad she cleared her name, because her smiling mugshot was questionable. Now I know now why she was smiling, because she shouldn't have those charges. What I see now is self defense. She had did what she needed to do first, by reporting those threats, so that's very good, and smart. Then you see those same bully women coming to her house, with her 4kids inside, and her mother, so she made some noise, to let them know she meant business. The courts should also see she felt some fear, of their threats, to even go out to buy the gun. And for sure they shouldn't be forced to leave their home, but the other women should move, and given a restraining order, to stay away from her.. I sure hope a lawyer help her to keep their home, because by law she was protecting her home.

Warning shots are dangerous and illegal the bullets will come down. There's a higher likelihood of dying from warning shots because when and if they do hit people it's on the top of their head. She shouldn't have shot those women either because she didn't have the legal justification to do so (great bodily harm or imminent threat of death). I don't the laws in every state but most of the laws state that your life must be in "eminent danger" for you to use your weapon.
