In favor of the proposed bill to recall elected board officials. Constituents should not have to wait out the board members' terms just as the board members did not have the decency to push aside petty grievances and wait out Dr. Feagins' contract or (at least) until the end of the student's school year. It's clear that none of this was done in best interest of the students. They (including their counsel) all look stupid, and I hope Dr. Feagins receives her full pay day.

Not sure why people don’t understand the need to have integrated schools from a race perspective. These segregated schools where 90% of the students are minority and are lead by 90% of blacks is a very bad idea and has never worked anywhere in America and has not addressed the issue with poor outcomes within our schools. The only reason black leaders would complain about the takeover is there is money in poor outcomes, no accountability for poor performance within the current system. All we have to do is make this issue about race and blacks will be against the takeover even though they know their children attend one of the worst school system in America.

well, I don’t feel bad for MSCS because they knew what the consequence would be to terminate Feagins and they still continued with her termination without taking that the State would take over into consideration
