Ever Roll a Side by Side?
Unfortunately, experiencing a server roll in a Polaris RZR XP 1000 is not as riveting as one might think. After the 6th complete roll and landing on the driver side door, the only thoughts seemed to be "Are we on fire" and "How do we get this seat belt latch open". Two thoughts we wish on no one! From that point forward, every machine we drive has 4-point harnesses minimum and a knife to cut the seat belts if needed. Next, we looked hard for a quality fire extinguisher for our safety and the safety of others we ride with. While looking, you will be able to find them in many different price ranges, with and without the fire extinguisher included.
The Assault Industries Quick Release Fire Extinguisher kit stood out to us because it is a complete kit that is priced right, but also because of the quality of the kit. Being Made in the USA is a huge factor also.

Good video brother , it seems like safety is the last thing folks want to spend their hard earned cash on. Fire safety is paramount in any off-road vehicle. Years ago I had a fire in my limited late model that scared the bejesus out of me. Fortunately the Halon fire suppression worked flawlessly. Also , depending on fuel type , make sure your fire suppression works on that type of fuel. Cam2 , alcohol etc etc.

Sometimes it takes an event to scare people to be safer. I know it took that for me. I did not have a fire, just rolled a machine and stuck in it on the side.
