This is my wife's youtube account. My brother and I had 2 Odyssey's in the early 80's. Ours were yellow so probably just a bit older than yours. They were a blast ripping around the Waterloo area. I did fall in love with the Honda Pilot that followed the Odyssey but never owned one. I think they had a 400cc in them. It was so nice to hear that sound they made. Brought back very fond memories for an old dude. Keep up the good work, really enjoying your videos. Steve

Hell yeah you gotta restore it. I would put a FMF pipe for the mid range and change your clutch weights for the high range. A re-ring may be needed after throwing dust down her throat😳

Except for the seat, that cart looks like it's in good shape. The frame appears pretty solid also. Good base to work from.

He was recording with 2 different cameras at times but only one camera was recording audio so he would show it from one angle without audio and then from the second angle with audio.

Had a 84. Watching this is so sad, this is how you bring something back from the dead and make sure you totally destroy it. Running it without an air filter is really intelligent. As for the bowl gaskets, use a dab of Krazy glue to hold it In the groove, it's not rocket science but perhaps taking an extra few minutes of your precious time to do things the right way. Those gear cases were problematic for leaks and bearing failures from being run in the most grueling conditions and the oil never being changed or checked until the shafts began to make noise or drop out of alignment. What maybe had been a simple thing to get Running and moving the right way, has now become a total train wreck, being the cylinder probably looks like sh1t and with all the dirt getting into the top and bottom end, the bearings are probably all damaged. But it gives you views on screwtube so that's what counts!?!? If things were done the right way, you'd probably have even more, but when you don't care about the things your actually working on, there's no worth or value to them I guess?
