Hebner, JR, Punk, Cornette, Russo, and probably Gail Kim will all return one day. Keep in mind, Vince claims to have no issues with Punk. That it was mainly Hunter who had an issue with Punk. JR is also well liked by most of the employees. Also considering he still does commentary for the WWE games from time to time. He is obviously still on good enough terms with the company to agree to appear in their video game. Hebner will return when he leaves TNA. Time heals all wounds. Cornette and Russo will one day take their rightful places in the WWE Hall of Fame.

Too be fair so did The Outlaws from about a decade back. But they came back. Also guys like Warrior and Bruno turned down multiple deals with the company before getting their hall of fame induction. This is why I believe that under the right circumstances, Cornette will return. When it comes to Russo; there will likely be a day where WWE will return to the mature content.
