On the topic of Millennial, Gen Z and Gen Alpha... Generational groupings become really soft when things like the internet comes into existence. You have to recall that people used to watch mostly the same shows, same news, same movies for a long time so people who were the same age would be seeing the same stuff at the same milestones in their lives. But the internet allows people to watch whatever, whenever. So people get broken into smaller groups. What tends to mark Millennials is that they were the last generation to have the old shared world experience, and one of those experiences was the internet shattering that concept.
