I was recently at the gym doing cardio training. and there the device automatically shows the heart rate. And at a constant pace, my heart rate was 130. And after 15 minutes, a 20-year-old athletic girl in shorts started training next to me. I didn't change my pace and my heart rate increased to 150 :)

One of the observations against smaller, weaker but technically more skilled BJJ players was that having stronger arms and hands I could routinely break their grip by brute force. Without the grip a BJJ hold quickly falls apart. Their standard response in this situation is to quickly transition to another hold. But since BJJ holds generally rely on grip strength, again, the next hold also gets removed by brute force by attacking the grip. For example, the triangle choke hold relies on arm dominance to either create an armbar or a choke. But by being much stronger, I could mostly not only remove the grip on my hand, but turn it around, thereby creating a danger for the opponent to have her wrist or arm snapped from within the triangle hold. This often led them to basically leave my arm alone and I could then use both arms to easily remove the leg hold on my neck and escape. I always felt my upper body strength advantage gave me an easy way out of these complicated holds. Of course BJJ players hate to see that because they come from a culture where they are told that technique can beat raw strength and they are encouraged to use technique to escape holds, not brute force. Well, I could show them otherwise. Of course it helps knowing a bit about the mechanics of their technique, but once you do, being physically stronger gets you a long way.
