If I had to guess based on the footage, he looks like he goes into business for himself. He seemed to be sandbagging some stuff before they started stiffing him and then in the second one he purposefully tied himself in the ropes, maybe so he could try and last longer in the match? So it looks like it's a habit with this kid trying to put himself over and people just got tired of it. Pure speculation based on the footage alone, it could be a work and the guy is just willing to take some rough chops for the bit.

Puder has been on full cope mode for almost 20 years now. He did an illegal move and not only lost, but lost to a three count instead of the one count. Like the dude has to get over it eventually but he refuses to. It's always someone else, he's never the reason he fumbled: - Shat on his fellow Tough Enough participants. - Lost a shoot match with Kurt, even after cheating and accused everyone else of cheating him. - Still got a chance on TV despite this and stunk the place out every match he had. - Ended up hated in the locker room because of his shitty attitude. - Went to OVW to try and improve and stank the ring out there too. Couldn't even look good in squash matches. - Went to ROH in hopes of proving he could actually work and stank the place out there too. Once again, couldn't even make squash matches look good with some of the best workers on the planet. - Went to NJPW and became quickly apparent they needed to put him in multi-man matches because he couldn't work worth a shit. He needs to get over it, Pro Wrestling was never going to work out for him. He was only picked because WWE wanted an "MMA-Style" guy on the roster. Honestly he should be ecstatic that Wrestling didn't work out for him because he did no bad in MMA, but dudes such a baby he can't handle losing to one of the best Wrestlers in the 90's in an impromptu match. Like no-one would hold that against anyone... unless they bitched and moaned about it for 20 years after I suppose...😅

He talks about how they cheated in a scripted show yet he seemed to forget the scripted part when he was in the match. In that business you swallow your pride and let the veterans win. Especially when you're not even an actual wrestler yet.

Take this with a grain of salt, but seeing and hearing him in that interview clip, what popped into my head was "psychopath", and it happens that two out of three of the people who shot on him in the Royal Rumble died within three years.

Man the Dirty Squirrel clip brings back memories. Something similar happened to me in my rookie year in 2012. I got booked in Germany, and my match was the opener with Da Mack. The match went fine, no biggie. The main event was a royal rumble match, and basically as soon as I step into the ring, Gunther (yes, THAT Gunther, then known as Walter obviously) turns me around and chops the soul out of me. He then proceeds to grab my arms and offer me to the others in the match, each giving their own chops, including this 180kg monster Demolition Davies who had frying pans for hands. As a rookie I just ate it all and was rather thankful when they eliminated me, LOL. Never had any hard feelings though, heard that was just their way of welcoming a rookie into the business. Now it's just a fun story to tell.

the whole "kurt angle / Daniel Puder" thing is kind of weak lol Yes. he had the kimura, HOWEVER if its an "amateur wrestling match" then there is no "3 count"... If your shoulders both touch the mat its a pin. Daniel pinned himself damn near and all Kurt had to do was roll a lil bit WHICH HE DID and boom. Its over. Dan's argument has always been "it wasn't no 3 count" , but you can see the replay both shoulders are clearly pinned to the mat. Thats it. Game over. Go watch any NCAA , olympic, hell even high school wrestling match and you'll see exactly what i'm taking about. It doesn't even take 1 second to lose. The very instant your shoulders touch that mat its a pin.

Oh man, I was SO happy when you put the text about Puder getting shot on in the Rumble because I truly don't think that I've ever seen it before, and after what he said in the interview that you posted, I was so damn excited to see those boys put a lickin to him...but I get why you couldn't include it...can you at least tell me which Rumble it was? I want to see that so bad...he said some of the dumbest shit that I've ever heard a wrestler say in response to that moment... ...and Squirrel getting suplexed INTO the ropes is the funniest shit that I've seen in awhile...I don't think that fans understand how hard those ropes really are, and they are unforgiving...that guy literally said "Fuck You" and sent him into hard, wound shit that none of you would ever want to feel. The first time I tried to bounce of the ropes, I finally knew how amazing these wrestlers truly are. Those fuckers are unforgiving.
