I worked in retail and did the GDPR training And its nearly impossible to publicly post any cctv in the UK literally only the police can and even they need clearance from senior officers. If Tony obtained this breaching GDPR rules likely there will be sackings in the UK fines and they may go after Tony. This could effect future events in the UK as well

For example, if you’ve ever been to an event like this, you’ll have seen the signs saying something to the effect of “video recording taking place, by attending this venue you agree for your likeness to be used in the broadcast” or something like that. It would also be part of the terms and conditions when you brought your ticket. I think it’s very likely that similar language would be posted backstage too, in any area it is possible that backstage segments may be shot. I imagine Gorilla would definitely be one of those locations. Also, I imagine any half decently written contract would also include language granting the company permission to use any video recordings of you captured during events you were scheduled to perform at, in perpetuity. I would almost guarantee that includes backstage footage, as tv and film productions often put out “behind the scenes” type documentaries and shorts. Seems like a standard clause a responsible media company would include in the contract of any performer appearing on a televised production. You’ve already given them name, image and likeness rights as it is. Several if’s there, of course, but definitely seems to me that there are a lot of legal grounds they could use it on. I’m not an AEW defender, and think it was a very bad choice to air it, but I think GDPR is unlikely to be the reason.

Daze just fyi Cody has won the IWGP U.S. title, NWA, ROH, OVW, and WWE titles. AJ Styles has won the WWE, IWGP and the NWA (as part of TNA but not as a standalone NWA promotion. They had the NWA title as part of an agreement before they created the TNA championship)

12:55 remember, there are 2 nights at mania. You could do both at WrestleMania 41: Rock vs Roman Night 1, and Rock vs Cody night 2. I know he’s not a full timer any more. But he definitely still look a like he can perform, especially if the Rock led New Bloodline (Solo, Tama Tonga, Jacob Fatu) get involved do a lot of the heavy lifting during one of the matches. Not saying it will be, but just that Rock vs Roman doesn’t have to stretch on till 42 for their first meeting. Also a lot of other major PLE’s they could also do it at (SummerSlam, Survivor Series Wargames, etc.)

@@BrianJohnsonArmwrestling Why Not? He went nearly 45 minutes night one this year and looked just fine. The main complaint people had was the match was too long. There is absolutely no reason he couldn't do two shorter matches, with help from other bloodline members to pad out the time a bit -- goes full "tribal chief" sending out others to do his dirty work and minimizing the amount he has to do himself. Dwayne is a TKO director, and owns nearly 200,000 shares in TKO stock. If it'll draw, and make money, I am certain he can find the energy to pull off an extra 10-15 minutes of total wrestling time spread over two nights instead of one.

People have been sending complaints to wembly stadium ( which you can do too if you wish) saying their relative has been put on world wide tv using backstage security footage wich he belived as well as everyone else normaly that uses wembly is filmed in the intrest of security and saftey, but insted some other private company in a totaly diffrent counrtry is airing private backstage footage on worldwide tv trying to paint him in a negative light and ruin his social standing and respect as well as ruin his career for their own personal monetry gain for themselves with out his permision , notification or without any payment or compensation for any funds made and will continue to be made from the footage. Then some of the elderly in the family are verry offended and upset over it and at ages like 70-95 they shouldnt be expecting this kind of stress from a huge stadium organisation as them. And this is not something expected from a company thats supposed to be proffesional and has been around so long ect. Replys are beeing waited on 😂😂😂
