I dunno who best exemplifies "Smarmy douchebag in a neck brace" more, Vince McMahon or former Arkansas football coach Bobby Petrino (google "Bobby Petrino neck brace" if you don't know).

Such a great video! People mention Vince going to Memphis but this is the first video I've seen in all my years on youtube that actually breaks the entire angle down with footage and everything. Awesome work Brian!

And this, Mr Zane, is one of the reasons I belong to your Patreon group. I thought I was pretty well versed in recent wrestling history from about 1974 forward. I am familiar with most of the regional territories of the past and wrestlers who did shows in said territories. And I had ZERO idea that this ever existed. I knew that Jerry came to the WWF in the early 90s, but thought he came in when he saw the writing on the wall for regional territories. To think this kind of cross promotion was going on right under the nations noses with Vince going full heel. I hope some fans watching this actually got to see the programs when they aired in the Memphis area and share their thoughts.
