You can really see the scales on the black one! It's always sad when a piece of public artwork is allowed to near obscurity..and though it is an honorary monument as well, it IS a piece of artwork BECAUSE of it's significance in and of time. Consequently, I always respect those who also recognize what they are seeing, when they are seeing it, AND go beyond that, and actually revitalize it. Well done.
