Wrightbus 'firmly back in business' with 300 new jobs

The Northern Ireland bus manufacturer Wrightbus is hiring new staff and making another 120 temporary posts permanent.
The Ballymena-based firm needs extra workers to build its "zero-emission" buses, including hydrogen-powered vehicles.
The latest round of recruitment marks a significant turnaround in fortunes for the Ballymena-based firm.
It was struggling to survive less than two years ago, but has been under new ownership since October 2019.
