Canada's dishes were pretty good! We just dont like the fact that Disney keeps turning the few vegetarian savory items into vegan versions. The Colombia booth was meh for us, too many colombian restaurants outside property that have much better food. The mexican 'green beans' are nopales aka cactus. We always skip Mexico, Italy, China.. they tend to disappoint every single time, in every festival.
