My absolute favorite place in Wilmington. If you go to the very end of the north end at 4-5AM you can watch the starry sky turn to the sunrise. One of the most beautiful things to experience! God, I need to come back.

That's cheap compared to the North East which is $40-$50 for the day sometimes. I actually went two weeks ago and the parking prices are brutal. I paid $75 for about 8 hours but I parked within minutes of the water. The food prices are reasonable though so I guess the parking is how they make money.

I went to the this beach all of the time and never paid for parking. That's because I go either in the morning or at sunset.

I’m going this summer. I got a hotel that’s 2 minutes walking distance from the beach so I don’t need to worry about parking
