Hi Calvin, Yes you sure can, I believe you can invite them as a guest. In terms of working with parties outside your organisation we tend to recommend Basecamp or Trello for this. All the best!

Hey thanks for the video but why wrike provide Ideal for teams of up to 5 users, with basic task management and collaboration features. the other tools like Jira, Vabro they allowed more than 5 user with decent storage capacity. however Could you please let me know how many days wrike is providing free access?

The only problema I have is that the Project and Folder layout looks the same as the task, and sometime my team writes in the wrong section since they look the same. Is there a way to make it look different or block people from writing in a specific section?
