What does sigewinne do here. I can't wrap my head around her skills

sigewinne's role is a healer that increases character's max hp whenever bond of life is removed. Her skill puts a card in her deck that heals for +3 when drawn, then it adds a card to the opponent's deck which does 2 hydro damage when drawn. After the opponent draws that card a final card gets added to your deck which heals the party for +1.
