Hi... Literally ANY advice is extremely appreciated here! I have always had an issue with the supination of my wrist/forearm. My palms just don’t quite face up and if I try & force it, there’s a sharp pain near my elbow. It makes chin ups and barbell curls VERY uncomfortable.

difficult to give specific advice. Would suggest that you see your physician for an assessment. However, generally speaking the thing to remember is if it is both sides and affected you as long as you can remember it is likely just your normal anatomy. Some people have hypermobile joints and some people have more hypomobile joints. We all have slight differences, the only thing you can try realistically is gentle stretching in to supination over time to see if there is a muscular element to the tightness (which would therefore stretch out over time) otherwise this is more likely to represent a ligament/joint capsular tightness that will most likely be a permanent, normal variant.
