I can’t even do a push up cause the pressure on my palm causes too much pain on the top middle part of my wrist

Yes I get the feeling. I also experienced that and had to use pushup handles. Just use the mobility exercises they definitely helped me. Also I find close width push-ups (targeting more the triceps) alittle better
