The signature mix I show has organic unprocessed sweetener called Panela (from peru) and is lightly sweetened. I usually use around a tsp of raw honey when using pure kakao

I wanted to keep this program affordable for all, so I am not able to provide 1:1 coaching with it. However, the videos in the program will take you step-by-step through everything and I explain everything clearly so you can feel like I'm right there with you (I also add bonus coaching videos whenever there is a new tip I want to share). So what size chirp wheel do we use for the QL? I would think it would be the small 4" one?, because the QL needs to be accessed from the side.

I checked, yes the 4" one looks perfect. I have the medium one and it works good too. Also, I found that in addition to the wheel, rolling the massage ball against the wall up and down works amazing as well!

Thank you so much. Ive been doing these stretches for years. Ive had primiformis syndrome/ sciatica now for 4 years. Doesnt seem to want to go. Very chronic, very painful constantly. No relief what so ever. Cant sit for long, or drive.

Make sure you're not shrugging simply and also another cue would be to imagine you're trying to bring your shoulder blades together and down to meet!

I definitely have the issue of my right foot going outward when i stand. Got the foot moving outward when i squat too. The internal rotation of my hip on the left side is easier. Doing it on my right feels tighter on the hip when i flex on that side. Sitting stretch aches more my left hip, but is easier to do then my right. I feel I can't stretch comfortably on my right hip.

Not sure if this is what I have but after a complete hysterectomy I developed pain in my hips pelvis and low back for 2 years. I can't bend over. I still exercise cause I have gained so much weight since and I may have hashimotos now too. I also started having internal vibrations in my whole body

Sorry to hear about your situation, I also got piriformis syndrome, Sofia helped me, I bought her programs, pain will go away, what really helped me is the strong glutes program. Do not stop. I am recovering now. Its been more than a year now. Look for how to strengthen your glutes and lower back. Hope this will help.😊

Clam shell is great if piriformis is LOOSE and LONG to shorten the muscle ! If the piriformis is SHORT and TIGHT ( spasm) it's not effective .... important to find out is the piriformis short or long .... if it needs stretched or strengthened

thx for video! Forced position of feet and ankles attempting 2nd stretch revealed really bad problems from ankle sprains that were never properly rehabilitated. Toe flexors and extensors. Spiral ribbon of ultra-tight muscle wrapping from back of lower leg down to outside of ankle, seemingly protecting against another supination sprain, because I never learned how to stabilize after the injuries. Lacrosse ball to bottom of foot and foam roller to calf. Try to grip the ball with toes to activate. Then was able to get in the position for the stretch, but whole low back is so tight this one might take time. I appreciate you sharing the information.
