Completely different situation and reason. It was a child safety issue and not a paternal rights issue. The judge felt that the child was not safe in his mother's care and so had the kid picked up without warning.

Today they are 30, 32 and 35 and they have all thanked us for never bad talking or disrespecting each other to them. We have to love our children more then we hate the ex.

I have a good friend who,s wife accused him of rape so he got locked up because he won custody of his two kids the crazy part was he was in a completely different state when he supposed to have raped her .He had his lawyer bring in the hotel receipts of where he was staying and pictures of where he was on vacation and the judge threw the case out but he was still arrested and spent 2 days in jail before his arraignment .T His x wife only got probation for perjury

Cps are trained to deal with these situations and it makes me feel like this mom just doesn't want to share custody period. The crocodile tears are just not helping her case at all to me anyways. @@kerbyfab Fortunately, this judge is not influenced by emotional issues and follows the law. Whether the mother genuinely fears for the child's safety or not is not legally relevant so the judge didn't need to work out if the tears were real or not.

It is sad when parents use children as weapons. when I was with my mom I had to hate my dad, my dad tried very hard to not speak bad about my mother in front of me but I did hear things. It was a horrible divorce that affected 2 families (5 kids) total. When my kids started graduating and getting married, I told them both I don't care if you both hate each other but this is about my kid and if you can keep your mouth shut don't come. My mother said that my children didn't know what happened 30 years ago and I nor should they. It has zero to do with them all they know is on mom's side they have 4 grandparents that love them and that's all they need to know!

My husbands ex refused him his visitation time with their kids, she moved all the time so we could never find them. Neighbors of theirs called cps and it was found that yes the kids were being abused whilst in moms care. Long story short, at 11 years old their daughter got in touch and ended up living with us. Unfortunately we later found out that the only reason the daughter got in touch was because she wasn’t getting her own way at home. The daughter hated us and used us as a pawn to get her way but it backfired on her and that made her hate us even more. The mom had coached both the kids into saying we were abusive, it all came out that was the mother that was abusive. The daughter when she lived with us made constant threats of abuse to me and my son, her half brother, she even got in his crib when she was on visitation with us and tried to smother my son with a pillow, she said her mom had told her he should be dead. Skip ahead to recent times and both the mom and daughter were plotting to have my son taken away because daughter wasn’t getting away with being abusive, lying and fighting. Let’s just say daughter no longer is allowed on our home and never will be. The parental alienation is so strong, Mom has such strong hold over both the kids she had with my husband and the kids, both fully grown adults now, only ever want one thing and that’s money, which we have also stopped giving. Before you say I broke their marriage up, I did not, I didn’t meet him until a year after she left to live with the guy she’d been cheating with, she just hated my husband moved on.

I finally located and have an attorney and I just finished my declaration so it'll be a couple weeks until court but I've been so worried about my daughter's mental health and future bc of this. Only bc I got married did my ex take off. Contempt for the second time. No calls. Nothing. It's like my child has been missing for 4 years but I know she's alive...odd emotional place for me, an adult who sees the jealously but to a 12 year old girl? She was 8 last time I seen her. I can't wait to hear his defense. I'm glad this is almost over. Nobody is winning in this. Pray for her. For her best interest to be executed!

By her asking the judge if she did sign the writ, if the sheriff's would _immediately_ come to her home to get the child & the judge said "pretty quick" I'd bet my hard earned $$ she's going to try to flee with the daughter before they get there! That type of toxic parent alienation turns into the mother permanently hiding somewhere or, even worse, harming the child & herself to ensure he never gets to see his child again!!!

Mom is planting some dangerous seeds here if, infact there was no inappropriate touching. This is also further traumatizing THEIR child. The child in COMMON. Mom, she isn't just your child, "my child, my daughter". You wouldn't have her if not for the sperm donor, whom, in fact, was your *Husband* at one point in time! Your choice, Mom! Stop with the drama. I just don't believe Mom in this instance. And, she's begging for contempt of Court. How good of a Mom would she be if she was in jail for not following Court Orders? She’s going to be the parent paying child support and the fees for the child therapy her daughter will need.💸 When one parent continues with allegations of abuse , neglect, not being a protective parent , allowing the child to be around another alleged abuser , withholding the child,etc,after there have been no findings by CPS or the courts, THEY become the non-custodial parent. He could be a horrible father , but mom’s behavior overshadows anything dad has done. I can say without doubt, my child's father has bent over backwards to spend time with her and be apart of her life growing up. Yes, I was stressed out when she was a baby and toddler because he really had no clue and didn't feel the need to keep his eyes on her at the park and such, and had male friends who were active addicts. I wonder how old is the son she does not want around her daughter. If she has concerns about him, she should be targeting him. It's sad if she is telling the truth and also if she is lying. If she is lying, she needs to rethink her actions because I have had clients that had their parental rights terminated for the same thing. If she truly believes this, she needs to find representation. There are agencies that help low income individuals. CPS does not always evaluate cases correctly. The fact that she has made several reports can influence other workers to dismiss valid claims. It would be interesting to know if they had the child forensically interviewed to get to the bottom of things.

One red flag - An 11 year old should be able to speak up for herself if she is being hurt. Second red flag - mother keeps referring to the child as "my" child. The child is a part of both parents. There is no "ownership" of a human being. Mother and daughter need separate counseling.

The less time the Father has the child, the more money the courts can charge the man... Thats the game and why women fight for SOLE CUSTODY...Not joint like it should be, but sole to give her total control and the State controlling interest... This won't stop until judges put women in jail for using kids like this as payback or for whatever reason. It's VILE. My son's mother used my son against me in a couple ways. He's an adult now and because of what she did he wants nothing to do with her after what she did to me. And I let him found out on his own. Funnily enough it was his mom's mom who told him most of it which really I had to nod in respect to her for that. She didn't hold back either. And on the reverse side of things, my son’s father was given unrestricted access to his only child, which he never took advantage of. It has now been 6 years since his father has bothered to have any contact with his son, No Birthdays, Christmas, nothing. Even though he no longer needs to pay child support, he makes no effort at all with his child. I tried everything I could for my son’s sake to make it easy for him to see his son, he has shown no interest in him. Fortunately my son has my ex husband, my sons former stepfather, who has been there for him throughout some extremely serious issues as he admitted that he has been SA by a neighbour while we were married. He has been in my sons life since he was 5, taught him to ride a bike, to tell the time, to tie his shoes and took him fishing. So that it who my boy rings for Fathers Day, not the sperm donor who couldn’t care less about him. He has a dad who loves him who doesn’t have to, and he considers my son to be his son. He was a great stepfather while we were married, and now has really become his dad, even though we have been divorced for a long time. I love my ex husband for that so much. Thank you Tony, will always love you for loving my son so much ❤

Great point Ontrop!! Mom absolutely cannot help her child from jail so she needs to stay out of jail at all costs. Am I understanding correctly that it's NOT the FATHER whom she is accusing of abuse but some other young male relative?? If so I would hope Dad would protect her!

WOW OnTropolis you picked a real good one for us, thank you, as always. I have to say after watching it twice, before commenting, that I do not find mum credible. I think she's trying to project everything that's gone wrong in that marriage, "unpaid childsupport" etc. onto her ex-husband, father of the child by using *their child" as a means to control dad. And if he owed 5 years of childsupport there are other ways of dealing with that, through the legal system and there are no excuses why mom can't get a lawyer if she needed that, as there are ways/options for her to have representation. Instead I smell she's trying to alienate the child from dad by these unproven and so far unfounded allegations. The hysterics, the uncried tears, the pushing her face into that camera are rightfully not helping. She is acting up so much, that she will lose custody keeping this nonsense afloat. And the fact she chooses to keep the hysterics going to the end, says all. She should have a mental health evaluation!

Ok, say everything shes saying is true what does she think they are going to do with their daughter when she goes to jail for contempt...........bingo.....shes with dad!! Alot of good all this is doing if she gets locked up. I feel for her, IF shes being truthful. IF shes lying and being a bitter, selfish alienating parent and putting her daughter through all this drama then she doesn't deserve to have any kind of custody!! In either case this is an awful situation for that little girl ☹️

It’s hard to believe mom’s over dramatic act, so I hope that the child remains safe w BOTH parents. Dad doesn’t look very warm & fuzzy either, but these court snapshots aren’t always accurate portrayals. Mom asked a few sus questions & agreed kinda fast- so I hope she doesn’t take off w the daughter…I do like this judge tho…

I completely agree that this is not the vibe she is giving. The vibe I'm feeling is manipulation and control coming from her. And everything that she said I don't believe any of it because she doesn't have the details she doesn't have the date if your child was in danger like that and she know the dates and the times??? And to call CPS for regarding yourself making your daughter doing an interview with them which she's 11th it's going to be awkward as all get out. Why purposely with maliciousness make your daughter go through one of those interviews?

1) The mother constantly refers to “my child” because she doesn’t even want to acknowledge that it’s also her ex’s child. 2) Whenever she talks, I just imagine a sovcit saying, “I’ll comply under threat of duress and coercion.” It’s basically the same spiel.

My sister was so nasty about my nieces father, that she made my niece scared to see him. From 5 years old to 19 years old she wouldn't see him. He is a really nice guy and what my sister did to him is illegal but, like I said, he's a really nice guy.
