With the utmost respect, I’m grateful for minds and voices like yours, Peter, though you’re in for quite the ontological shock when you are faced with the reality of alien visitation and the ensuing cover-up that’s going to be brought to light in the coming years. You are obviously opining on a subject you know absolutely nothing about. I recommend the work of Richard Dolan, Linda Moulton Howe, former head of Harvard Psychiatry, Dr. John Mack(deceased), Stanford Professor, Dr. Gary Nolan, Dr. Jacques Vallee, and the work and witnesses of “The Disclosure Project” and Dr. Steven Greer. Even Eric Weinstein is on top of this, and to a lesser degree, so is his brother, Brett. From someone who is no dilettante in this subject after studying it for over 30 years, your comments sound like hubris. I hope you take a look into what you are mocking in relation to the subject of Extraterrestrials and look into the Exopolitics movement. You’re wrong on this one. I beg you to please dig into it, because I know you will come around if exposed to the same information that I’ve been exposed to. You’re going to have to face and deal with your cognitive dissonance. We could really use your mind and voice on our side of the isle.

Andrew is wrong to say it is not about genitalia. To avoid giving the trans maniacs a point, he’s ever so slightly redefining homosexuality (a sexual orientation), as romantic love for the masculine whole. The fact is, gays like different types. A man who is into big fat, hairy leather clad, cigar chomping bears and a man who is into effeminate twinks, cross dressers and transvestites are both homosexual. Yet their choice of partner is aesthetically and socially the opposite. What unites them both is a sexual preference for humans with meat and two veg. The implication of Andrew’s defense of homosexuality as more than a genital preference, would make only those men who fall in romantic love, with masculine men, gay. But a man who is strictly attracted sexually to effeminate men and cross dressers, straight. Which is the trans cult’s claim. I’m nearly 50 but since I was a teenager, my sole sexual preference has been transvestites, pre-op m2f transsexuals and cross dressers. They might look feminine and I’ve yet to find romantic love with the type of men I am attracted to, but I’m still gay. Put a hairy geezer in front of me and I’m not interested. And despite finding femininity attractive, I find women’s genitalia a turn off. I might like femininity more than masculinity but I’m only interested in a feminine presenting person if they have male genitalia. I’m as gay as Andrew but the only similarity is, our sexual orientation is for male genitalia not female genitalia. That’s it in a nutshell.

@@honestjohn6418I respectfully disagree, and your comment actually supports the argument being made by Andrew… Homosexuality, meaning same sex attraction, by definition requires consideration of genitalia… In your example, you described two men, both could be the “type” of another man; but, the thing they all have in common is genitalia… What Andrew has asserted is that attraction is complicated, but fundamentally there is always the consideration of genitalia!

Conspicuous by it's absence during your discussion was the fact that most gay men are attracted to straight men making it more than just a physical attraction and also how much of attraction is physical . To say that , the idea that you are attracted to how someone sees themselves and not that you are attracted to, in fact , how they act is a ridiculous point . and flies in the face of the immutable human traits .I look forward to a real in depth conversation on the subject sometime Peter

Attraction. What do we find attractive, desirable?. And how is this related to how we perceive ourselves? Heterosexual (find the opposite sex/gender - both terms can be used because in approx 90% of the popn sex & gender line up), homosexuality (you find people of the same gender attractive), bisexual (attracted to both genders/sexes), pansexual (attracted to ALL genders - in this instance sex is not applicable). Then you have people who are sapiosexual - the attraction is to intelligence or personality and they can't decide if they find you attractive in any way until they get to know you well. So a sapiosexual could conceivably also be pansexual. In each case our presentation & behaviour is dictated by how we perceive ourselves. I'm non-binary. I'm agender - as in I'm a person who also happens to possess a biological female body I'm happy with. What is undeniable is that life is far easier for someone gender non-conforming if they possess a female body. This needs to change so that men can feel free to present as gender non-conforming. Gender - like ability - is ENTIRELY SOCIALLY CONSTRUCTED. To achieve full social inclusion we need to DECONSTRUCT those social constructions. What we're doing with non-binary is similar to what we do with people on the autistic spectrum - making them socially invisible - is wrong and damaging. These people need acceptance and support, not to have to deny an aspect of who they are just to please the majority of people. That causes harm.

I have been struggling to articulate for a long time a fundamental feeling in my mind that trans ideology has to be based in an extremely conservative/stereotypical notion of male and female roles. How can you be a man thinking you are really a woman or vice versa unless this is founded in some view that a boy or man should behave in one way and enjoy certain things and a girl or woman in another way. I thought these stereotypes were gone or well on the way out 25 years ago when my children were young. It was great to hear Andrew articulate this so clearly, thanks.

@jadapinkett1656 It's never really a discussion about just that persons life but rather on policy like whether we should be transitioning children or not or whether homosexual men like myself should be including women as sexual partners. I can honestly say that trans people did not bother me at all like 7 or 8 years ago. And really, an individual being trans still doesn't bother me. It's the activism becoming more and more extreme in the past few years that compels me and others to speak out.

You are naive if you ascribe this ideology to something so innocuous. No, no: male-to-female "transgenderism" is driven by autogynephilia and simple unscrupulous lust (access to women's spaces), while female-to-male "transgenderism" seem to be driven mainly by teenage girls' attention-seeking and discomfort with the bodily changes that to them during puberty -- both fueled by social media, in particular via smart phones.

"branded"? "so-called anti-woke"?? You seem to be under a major misapprehension. "Anti-Woke" is not a slur used by the Woke themselves; it is what people who oppose Wokeness call themselves, proudly. Andrew is no "so-called anti-Woke," he is anti-Woke. The Wokeists themselves, despite having originally coined the term "Woke" to indicate that they were the only people who had woken up to society's injustices and so on, now reject the label precisely because their opponents use it. Now that they have the "high ground," in that they have taken over the media, the academic institutions, and the HR departments of most companies, they don't feel the need for a label anymore. To them, their view are the new normal, even though most ordinary people reject them (but are afraid to say so out loud).

leftism: Otherwise known as “progressivism” and even more inaccurately as “liberalism”, leftism is a term originating from the French Revolution of 1789, in reference to the political faction that opposed the French (so-called) king. However, the term is currently used in common discourse to describe those criminals who actively support (or at least tacitly condone) a host of OBJECTIVELY-WICKED ideologies and practices that contravene dharma, such as non-monarchical governances and corrupt economic systems (particularly socialism, communism, fascism, and liberal democracies), egalitarianism, feminism, perverse sexuality (especially homosexuality, bestiality, and transvestism), multiculturalism, and the illegitimate abortion of innocent, defenceless, unborn children. Cf. “dharma”. In the past decade or two (of this treatise being composed), the mass media, especially the motion picture industry and television production companies, has been aggressively promoting all the above CRIMINAL ideologies and practices, helping to expedite the destruction of human civilization. Recently, large corporations have jumped on the leftist bandwagon (so to speak), in order to profit. As explicated in Chapter 11 of this “A Final Instruction Sheet for Humanity”, the state of being of any particular human (or any other animal, for that matter) is due entirely to his or her genetic sequencing and his or her conditioning. Therefore, the explosion of the leftist/liberal mentality in recent decades, particularly in Western countries, has been caused by poor breeding strategies overtaking the more conservative tradition of mate-selection of previous centuries (and indeed, millennia), as well as the concerted effort of Marxists to spread their nefarious ideology throughout the school system. In other words, due to the fact that criminal behaviour (especially the deviant sexual acts mentioned above) has become increasingly more tolerated, condoned, and even GLORIFIED in most countries, there has been a proliferation of corrupt genetic codes within the wider human population. According to genealogists, for (almost) the entire history of humanity, most women have successfully reproduced, whilst a far far smaller percentage of males have bequeathed their genetic sequence to proceeding generations. Due to the gradual phasing-out of polygamous marriages in even the most conservative societies, as well as the eradication of poverty in most every country, more and more men (as well as women) have been producing offspring. Thus, the human genome has rapidly become adulterated by inferior genetic material (that is, DNA from truly pathetic, uxorious beta-males, bisexuals, and even homosexual couples who engage surrogate mothers or sperm donors in order to conceive children - something of a rare occurrence in previous centuries/millennia). For centuries, breeders of elite animals such as horses, cattle, and dogs, have known that selecting the finest examples of a breed of animal will result in offspring with desirable characteristics. For example, present day thoroughbred horses boast a pedigree of the best-available horses from the seventeenth century. Such breeders are willing to pay enormous sums of money merely to hire the fastest stallions on earth in order for them to mate with their mares. In the case of we humans, women have traditionally chosen the most competent and masculine men with whom to bear children, and in general, have totally eschewed those males who displayed effeminate traits, and who showed themselves incapable of properly supporting a nuclear family. Unfortunately, due to rapid moral decay over the past few decades, Western women have become extremely sexually promiscuous, resulting in a multiplication of unwanted progeny (and, of course, an escalation of abortions). Boys born to single mothers often lack proper male roles models and invariably become feminized, unable (and often unwilling) to continue a strong lineage of progenitors. The solution to this problem is simply to ensure that society adheres to the principles of DHARMA (see the Glossary definition of that term, as well as Chapter 12). Unsurprisingly, the majority of leftists find it difficult to accept the fact that their criminal mentality is largely inherited (and of course, they are unwilling to acknowledge the blatantly-obvious fact that their ideologies and practices are intrinsically sinful, wicked, evil and immoral in the first place!). It seems the consensus amongst leftist “intellectuals” is that every human mental trait is due entirely to one’s environmental conditioning and social milieu, rather than as a consequence of BOTH one’s genetic sequence and one’s life-long conditioning - a fundamentally-flawed assertion that cannot be scientifically supported. I would not be surprised if the typical leftist would believe that, if the parents of the twentieth century communist tyrant, Joseph Stalin, and the parents of the Divine Incarnation, Lord Jesus Christ, had somehow crossed the time barrier, and exchanged their baby boys shortly after their birth, that Stalin would have grown to become a Prophet for God, whilst Christ would have become a murderous, left-wing dictator! This term was very reluctantly used in the chapter on feminism. I say “reluctantly” because it is unlikely that the term will perdure for many decades longer. This is simple deductive logic, since, as clearly demonstrated in certain chapters in “F.I.S.H”, human civilization cannot survive with such leftist practices and ideologies in place. If you happen to be reading this Holy Scripture a century or more after its conception, you will probably be residing in a nation (as opposed to a country) ruled by a monarch, following the implosion of post-modern, decadent societies. So, either the term “leftism” will eventually become redundant and obsolete, or else, human civilization will devolve into a decadent, diseased state of existence similar to that of the prehistoric era, when the peoples of the world resided in caves or shacks, subsisting on whatever food can be sourced from the surrounding bushland. I trust that you who are reading these wise words will endeavour to influence your social circles to adhere to right-leaning ideologies and practices, such as (above all) monarchical governance, an entirely free-market economy, sexual purity, veganism, and all other virtuous principles. Fear not, for God is with you! P.S. As a general rule, it seems (at least anecdotally) that the farther left-leaning is a person, the more physically (and of course, psychologically) UGLY is that person. Unfortunately, that does not seem to prevent leftists from propagating their mutant genes.🤡 N.B. In order to clarify the notion of inheritability, it is not being claimed that an adharmic (far-left) couple will INVARIABLY produce leftist children, but that it is more PROBABLE that they will do so, considering their genetic sequence and the environmental conditioning they are bound to impart to their children, just as two parents with a certain physiological disorder are more likely to generate offspring with that specific disease. In this regards, it is recommended to study introductory texts on epigenetics. 🧬 In my particular case, I was raised by a staunch communist, and so was indoctrinated to believe that communism was the best course of action for a just society. Indeed, as a teenager, I even volunteered in the election campaign of a socialist politician, who eventually became the Premiere of the state of Western Australia. However, after studying dharma, I came to learn that I was misled by my father in this regard, and that the only system of governance that is dharmic (legitimate) is a divinely-sanctioned monarchy.

Here is a different perspective: No one is "trans". Since humans can't change their sex, people who claim they are the opposite sex are making a false claim. The surgeries that doctors are performing on these people are exploiting their patients for profit. It's also a form of medical abuse on a grand scale, for both children, and adults. Just like it wouldn't be ethical for a doctor to amputate someone's limb, even if that person thought their limb belonged to someone else. It's also not ethical to amputate someone's genitals, because someone thinks their genitals are wrong or someone else's. The majority of the people who believe in this ideology, have been gaslit into supporting it, or bullied into it, due the fear of the backlash if you question it.

@@jaysaini955I’m Catholic and I have no problem at all with gay people. The Catholic perspective on homosexuality is that being gay is not a sin but acting on it is. This is in the same realm as heterosexuals having pre marital sex purely for pleasure. Sex is meant to be an act of procreation reserved for married couples. And so anybody having sex not for the goal of procreation within marriage is classed as sinning. Straight Catholics commit this sin all the time, it doesn’t mean we shouldn’t strive to do better. Gay people are more than welcome in the church, there are many gay Catholics, everybody is welcome. You can differentiate the sin from the sinner.

Andrew and Peter are such exceptional people and do such a great job of addressing so many issues of the day. I was first introduced to podcasts a little under a year ago by discovering Thomas Sowell. The next person I discovered was Andrew Doyle and his passion and intelligence were Pretty damn impressive to me. I have just started listening to this dialogue and I agree that in the current status, the trans movement is anti-gay, anti-lesbian and extremely anti-woman and anti-feminist. It does seem that with so many movements that a few aggressively ideologic people take over the debate and do believe that the way they view the world is the way the world is, or at least the way the world should be, and appear to want to stop at nothing to foist their reality on the rest of us. My understanding is that male and female refer to biological sex but it is species non-specific. There are obvious rare outliers or deviations. To be a man or to be a woman is specific to Homo sapiens. Gender identification or gender dysphoria is a whole Nother kettle of fish and apparently has become the new fad in trying to force a post progressive or neo Marxist ideology on western democracies. Any of these people living in China, Russia, Iran, North Korea or other Non-western democracies would find themselves very quickly in a labor camp or in prison or even killed. They should thank their lucky stars that they’re able to spew this nonsense without fear of such oppression. Keep up the good work guys!

How is it antiwoman? Women have been demanding access to men's spaces for decades regardless 9f how the men felt about it. - Universities, board rooms, airplanesscience labs, sports fields etc were created by men . Man and woman are only specific to humans in the same way mare and stallion are specific to horses, cow and bull are specific to cattle, dog and bitch are specific to canines, doe and buck are specific to deer, etc, etc. Man and woman are just the words for male & female humans. It doesn’t matter what someone’s personality or preferences are, just as it doesn’t matter what a mare or stallions personalities & preferences are, the words name what is, not what should be.

As a gay man who's always found gender and trans activism to be disingenuous, I am absolutely blown away by the elocution and clarity with which Mr Doyle has described the phenomenon and its ramifications. The comparison with a cleric who would insist to an atheist that the latter does possess a "soul", much in the same way that a gender activist would insist that an average person does possess a "gender identity", and call that person "cisgendered", is terribly compelling. I wish to express my gratitude to him and to Mr Boghossian for this brilliant talk!

Everything Andrew said about teaching is incredibly insightful. I worked as a secondary school teacher for fourteen years and one area that requires drastic improvement is primary school literacy. Many students leave primary school ill-prepared to accept critical thinking ideas or consider alternative explanations because they have not learned to work independently and the only understand literature at a superficial level. Andrew's example of 'Truckers' is an excellent description of how young minds learn about the world through narratives, regardless of the complexity

1:00:00 “Even if you get rid of Wokism in schools, how do you guard against some other deranged ideology?” Andrew describes a beautiful model of education that’s rich in literature, art, and exposure to history of ideas with a teacher that encourages students to consider alternative viewpoints. Yes! You just described classical education! I would encourage Andrew and Peter to drop into a classical school or homeschool co-op to see these ideas in action. In addition to literature, art, philosophy, and free exchange of ideas, classical education offers grammar for precision in language, logic for clarity in thinking, and debate to practice presenting ideas that you don’t agree with. Students learn to learn independently so they can absorb the best ideas from great authors. You will have hope for the future when you see these kids!

leftism: Otherwise known as “progressivism” and even more inaccurately as “liberalism”, leftism is a term originating from the French Revolution of 1789, in reference to the political faction that opposed the French (so-called) king.

@@drpeterboghossian philosophy: the love of wisdom, normally encapsulated within a formal academic discipline. Wisdom is the soundness of an action or decision with regard to the application of experience, knowledge, insight, and good judgment. Wisdom may also be described as the body of knowledge and principles that develops within a specified society or period. E.g. “The wisdom of the Tibetan lamas.” Unfortunately, in most cases in which this term is used, particularly outside India, it tacitly or implicitly refers to ideas and ideologies that are quite far-removed from genuine wisdom. For instance, the typical academic philosopher, especially in the Western tradition, is not a lover of actual wisdom, but a believer in, or at least a practitioner of, adharma, which is the ANTITHESIS of genuine wisdom. Many Western academic (so-called) “philosophers” are notorious for using laborious sophistry, abstruse semantics, gobbledygook, and pseudo-intellectual word-play, in an attempt to justify their blatantly-immoral ideologies and practices, and in many cases, fooling the ignorant layman into accepting the most horrendous crimes as not only normal and natural, but holy and righteous! An ideal philosopher, on the other hand, is one who is sufficiently intelligent to understand that morality is, of necessity, based on the law of non-violence (“ahiṃsā”, in Sanskrit), and sufficiently wise to live his or her life in such a harmless manner. Cf. “dharma”. One of the greatest misconceptions of modern times is the belief that philosophers (and psychologists, especially) are, effectively, the substitutes for the priesthood of old. It is perhaps understandable that this misconception has taken place, because the typical priest/monk/rabbi/mullah seems to be an uneducated buffoon compared with those highly-educated gentlemen who have attained doctorates in philosophy, psychology and psychiatry. However, as mentioned in more than a few places in this book, it is imperative to understand that only an infinitesimal percentage of all those who claim to be spiritual teachers are ACTUAL “brāhmaṇa” (as defined in Chapter 20). Therefore, the wisest philosophers of the present age are still those exceptionally rare members of the Holy Priesthood! At the very moment these words of mine are being typed on my laptop computer, there are probably hundreds of essay papers, as well as books and articles, being composed by professional philosophers and theologians, both within and without academia. None of these papers, and almost none of the papers written in the past, will have any noticeable impact on human society, at least not in the realm of morals and ethics, which is obviously the most vital component of civilization. And, as mentioned in a previous paragraph, since such “lovers-of-wisdom” are almost exclusively adharmic (irreligious and corrupt) it is indeed FORTUITOUS that this is the case. The only (so-called) philosophers who seem to have any perceptible influence in the public arena are “pop” or “armchair” philosophers, such as Mrs. Alisa “Alice” O’Connor (known more popularly by her pen name, Ayn Rand), almost definitely due to the fact that they have published well-liked books and/or promulgate their ideas in the mass media, especially on the World Wide Web.

I can understand the struggle Peter has during the section on Education. Even though I am 51, my attitude towards people claiming to have a "truth" comes from two things. The "arguments" with my father during my teens as I pushed against his values (and although I didn't realise it at the time, he pushed back to keep me arguing) and the fact that I was "utterly betrayed" by people I looked up to in my teens, so much so I had to walk away from people I thought were meant to be my mentors. And so, ever since then, whenever someone tells me they have a truth to tell me, especially the big ones, I wonder what they are trying to sell me. In short. I was inoculated by my father who wanted me to question everything, including him. This drove me to read as much as I could, even the so called "kooks" and at no point did I look at anyone and become a follower of any one persons belief. However, much of what I read gave me what people call "critical thinking".

Andrew Doyle, I love you!! I could listen to you all day! I avoided working on my project today and instead listened to this podcast instead. Normally I feel guilty for procrastinating, but I think this time was very well spent!

I love the way Andrew is describing good literature as a way to build an intellectual immune system. The same thing applies to protection from disease for that kind of social fragility that we see now. We from GenX could play outside, unsupervised, and we learned to be tougher about discomfort and probably more resistant to infection. I'm thankful that I had great teachers that did the same thing to my brain, having us read George Orwell in high school, and making us do projects on propaganda devices. Hearing you guys gave me a lot of gratitude about my teachers. Great job on this talk!

Play outside? Ah, yes, that thing we had to do when mom was vacuuming the living room and so we had to take a short pause from watching TV and playing video games. It does remind me of how I did have some fun as a kid; school took up a lot of time but thankfully, I had time for other things (during evenings, weekends, and summer).

No, Peter - denial is not too strong a word. It is precisely the correct word. And please remember: "lived experience" is the new woke way of saying "bias." Lived experience is simply bias, full stop, and we all have it. But bias has a negative connotation, so we have to replace it with this new phrase. Doublespeak replacing elocution. Confused thinking means confused speech - which is the diametric opposite of this wonderful conversation the two of you are having. I swear every thirty seconds of this conversation could be excised and used as shorts. Everything the two of you are saying is that clear and concise and true.

Over an hour and a half and I still wanted it to keep going! Great conversation. Thank you, both! I have a few more books to buy. Andrew is right about the teachers who really stand out. My 7th grade literature teacher chose books you might think would fly over our heads, e.g. Childhood's End by Arthur C Clarke. I still remember her telling us to calm down & not pick it apart too much when we had heated discussions about a certain chapter or aspect of the book. We were passionate about the material because she challenged us to to be, encouraging debate & free thought. I'm 53 and I still remember it, vividly. I think it set the bar for my whole life.

I am a GenX heterosexual woman, and I raised my millennial son, and my Gen Z daughter to not only be tolerant but accepting of people who are different than they. My daughter identifies as a pan sexual, and my son is married to a woman, happily. I feel I let them down somehow because, I think my daughter, who is extremely intelligent and went to Cal-poly, is subscribing to these things. I pushed for her to go to college, and now I am finding out they were teaching her sex is a construct, and Maoism with American characteristics is a great idea!!! I am feeling so guilty right now. Everything I did was from a place of compassion for all, and now my kid hates me because I asked a question about transgenders in women's sports. I asked a question. That is it. I am distraught. (I realize this is a complex issue with many facets, yet I just wanted to express my sadness.)

It's become one of those topics to not even bring up, being that it's like a religion or cult, lest ye want to upset one of the members. Hang in there, be Socratic. It's not your fault, just exposure to current culture and doing/being what's (perceived) expected.

You have to bear in mind that the religion that I call modernist(from 'mode' meaning fashion, because it is fashionable to be a modernist) regards any form of paraphilic as a sacred cows and that daft neologism homophohomophobia(means afraid of the_same)is simply a modernist cognate of or for sinner. Not approving of homosexualists and mad pansies that imagine themselves to be women is *Sinful* in the eyes of that queer religion modernism, which is a sub-religion of socialism modernists being obsessed with *Sin* Come friendly bombs and fall on UK, It used to be pleasant and wholesome, but now it's gay. "Gay" being a euphemism to mask what in reality is shame . I never met a homosexual man or woman that was not ashamed of their paraphilia; only those that are ashamed claim to be proud, because if whoever is not ashamed of whatever would he or she claim to be proud of it. It is not accidental that buggery and sodomy are unknown in nature and the reason for that is that they are - like homosexualists and homosexualism *Utterly_Pointless*, and a malfunction of the sex function which only has *One* function, which has *nothing* to do with erotic pleasure or the emotional(like/dislike) function.

Andrew Doyle is such an exceptional person, articulate, great sense of humor like a good Brit. And he is genuine, he is one of the very few men who are defending feminists, the real ones, and not blaming us for gender identity ideology which is something we feminists did not create. Indeed, gender identity ideology goes against everything feminists stand for and Andrew has understood that from the beginning and has had our backs. I Love Boghossian as well, he is great!

Judith Butler, a woman, and most "womens and gender studies" departments in universities are staffed primarily by women. However, as I understand it, the concept of "gender theory" came out of the Kinsey institute and John Money and his acolytes who were men and women.

I agree with Andrew's position on "hate" crimes. It shouldn't matter why it happened, it happened so the punishment should be the same regardless of reason. We're supposed to believe the State knows what's in someone's mind. Of course that changes depending on who's in power.
